This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and the procedures for returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations when purchasing from Harrison Harper Boutique. This policy operates in accordance with applicable United States consumer protection laws and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Return and Exchange Eligibility Conditions
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, tags, labels, and any included accessories must be present and undamaged.
- The item must not be washed, altered, customised, or damaged.
- The item can only be tried on for inspection and must not show signs of use beyond an initial fitting.
Note: Requested after 30 days of receiving your order will not be accepted unless a longer period is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that do not meet the required conditions, items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery, or items returned without prior authorization.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
All returns and exchanges must be requested and approved before items are sent back.
To request a return or exchange, contact our support team at support@harrisonharperboutique.com within the return window and provide:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the request
- Clear photos, where applicable
Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@harrisonharperboutique.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. After review, you will receive an appropriate resolution, including a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, in accordance with your rights.
Return Shipping
- Return instructions and the return address are provided after your request has been approved
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- No restocking fees are charged
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund is processed within 7 days and issued to your original payment method whenever possible. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, instructions are provided after approval. Replacement items are shipped once the returned item has been received and approved. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund is issued instead.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@harrisonharperboutique.com. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed after delivery.
