Shipping Overview
Harrison Harper Boutique ships orders only within the United States. All orders are shipped free of charge. The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Order Processing
After an order is placed and payment is successfully authorized, an order confirmation email is sent. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery Address Responsibility
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We're is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, including high order volumes, holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, allow an additional 3 business days. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@harrisonharperboutique.com. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@harrisonharperboutique.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. After review, you will receive an appropriate resolution, including a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, in accordance with your rights.
